The product shell is made of rotational molding process using polyvinyl plastics. It has a certain toughness, plus EPS or Pu foam filled inside the buoy. The overall strength is good, it can relieve external force collision, and the buoyancy of the product is large. Even if the shell is damaged, it will not affect the use. It is mainly used for transporting buoyancy support for dredging of rivers, reservoirs, lakes and oceans.
The PE floating ball shell is made of polyvinyl plastic and filled with EPS or Pu foam. It is not affected by seawater, aging, oil stains and aquatic organisms.
塑料警示浮标浮体有一定的韧性，拉伸强度好，难撕裂，可大限度的减少浮体的损坏；
灯器支架采用复合材料，航道警示界标在通航警示标的基础上做了多处改进，实用性不断提高；灯支架与浮体以316海水用不锈钢螺栓连接；
产品外壳采用聚乙稀塑料使用的滚塑工艺生产制成，具有一定的韧性加上浮筒内部填充eps或者Pu泡沫，整体强度好，可以缓解外力碰撞，产品浮力大，即使外壳破损也不影响使用。主要用于江河水库湖泊、海洋疏浚输送浮力支承。
pe浮球外壳采用聚乙稀塑料制成 ，内部填充eps或者Pu泡沫，不受海水、老化、油渍及水生物的侵蚀！
